Near-normal-incidence extreme-ultraviolet efficiency of a flat crystalline anisotropically etched blazed grating.

We have measured the extreme-ultraviolet (EUV) efficiency at an angle of incidence of 10 degrees of a flat crystalline anisotropically etched blazed grating.
